General planning for the fire protection renovation of BG Klinik Tübingen: Building object planning and technical equipment (system groups 3-5) according to HOAI, phased awarding of service phases 1-3 and 5-8 of the building object planning and interior spaces service profile according to § 34 para. 1 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 10 No. 10.1. Special services include assistance with applying for and settling funding, and daily staffing of the construction site with expert personnel. The renovation of building sections 1-3 and 5-8, plus House 103 & 105, will be carried out as a comprehensive measure during ongoing clinic operations, covering a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 65,000 m². The project is divided into sub-measures 1, 3, and 4.
