General planning for the renovation of the Haldenwangschule teaching pool

General planning services for the general renovation of the Haldenwangschule teaching pool and associated ancillary rooms in Dorsten, Im Harsewinkel 55. The two-story school building from the 1970s has a gross floor area of approximately 4,255 m², including the sports hall and pool area. Services include building and interior design planning (§ 34 HOAI), structural engineering planning (§ 51 HOAI), technical equipment planning (§ 55 HOAI), and specialist planning and consulting services for building physics (thermal insulation, energy balancing, building acoustics, and room acoustics, Annex 1 No. 1.2.2) according to HOAI 2021. The commission is two-stage: Stage 1 covers service phases 1-3 (basic evaluation, preliminary planning, design planning), Stage 2 covers service phases 4-9 (approval planning, execution planning, preparation and assistance with procurement, object supervision, and object support). The planning aims for 30 years of continued use of the teaching pool, economic operation, increased energy efficiency, reduced operating costs, improved room and usage concept (barrier-free access, room acoustics), and integral planning. Construction logistics must be planned for renovation during ongoing school operations. Completion of planning services is scheduled for 2027, with the construction phase in 2028.
