General planning for infrastructure development of reportable fence, Munich Airport
General planning services for the infrastructure development of the 'M3 Reportable Fence' project: Expansion of technical perimeter security along the airport perimeter. Services include structural engineering planning according to §§ 41 ff. HOAI, structural design according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI, and technical equipment planning according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI. This covers the planning of underground cable construction and cable routes (new construction and connection to existing routes), cable protection pipe and cable pulling systems, energy and data supply infrastructure, distribution facilities and technical connections, masts and mast foundations for cameras, necessary crossings and existing connections, and interfaces to existing technical systems. Planning must consider ongoing airport operations, existing infrastructure, security area requirements, and interfaces to other project participants and trades. The general planner's responsibility includes the technical, schedule, cost, and interface-related coordination of all contracted planning services. Services are awarded in stages: Project stage 1 (LPH 1-2), Project stage 2 (LPH 3-4), Project stage 3 (LPH 5), Project stage 4 (LPH 6-7, structural design up to LPH 6), Project stage 5 (LPH 8). Camera, sensor, and detection technology are not part of the contract, but the necessary structural, static, electrical, and infrastructural prerequisites and interfaces for these must be considered and integrated into the overall planning.
