General planning services for the renovation of Kita "Am Loh": object planning for buildings (phases 1-9 according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI), object planning for outdoor facilities (phases 1-9 according to §§ 38 ff. HOAI) including entire property drainage, specialist planning for structural engineering (phases 1-6 according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI), specialist planning for technical equipment (phases 1-9 according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI), building physics for thermal insulation and energy balancing (phases 1-7 according to § 3 para. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 1, section 1.2.1, para. 2, section 1.2.2), if required building physics for building acoustics (phases 1-7 according to § 3 para. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 1, section 1.2.1 para. 3, section 1.2.2), building physics for room acoustics (phases 1-7 according to § 3 para. 1 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 1, section 1.2.1 para. 3, section 1.2.2), and fire protection services (phases 1-8 according to AHO publication series No. 17, status 2022). Initially, service phases 1 to 3 will be commissioned, with the commissioning of further service phases being optional.
