General renovation of an apartment building in Espoo, Jukolanahde 3, built in 1978, partially renovated in 2008, featuring a basement/ground floor and 2 residential floors, with a total of 22 residential units. The scope includes renovation, coating, and painting of facade and plinth surfaces, renewal of balcony structures, repair of yards and area structures, renewal of all asphalt surfaces, renewal of drainage, pressure flushing cleaning of main sewer lines and external rain/wastewater drains, and addition of retention. The 22 residential units will undergo thorough renovation, including renewal of internal water pipes and drains, renewal of line valves for water pipes, adjustment of the domestic hot water network, installation of apartment-specific water meters, renewal of ventilation ducts, ventilation units, and supply air valves in windows. The heating network will be pressure flushed and adjusted. Additionally, general cabling and building automation will be renewed, common areas renovated, and remotely triggered smoke extraction windows maintained. The construction works encompass earthworks, yard works, facade works, interior construction, and building services. The apartments will be emptied by Espoon Asunnot for the renovation. Contract signing is contingent on a valid building permit, approval by the board of Espoon Asunnot Oy, and no appeals against the procurement decision.
