Demolition works for the general renovation of a school: demolition of the flat roof structure (approx. 3,300 m²), shell constructions such as reinforced concrete ceilings (670 m²), exterior walls (approx. 390 m²), interior walls (approx. 130 m²), and reinforced concrete floor slabs (approx. 275 m²). Demolition of windows and doors (approx. 580 m²), foundations and beams. Removal of suspended ceilings (approx. 2,900 m²), floor coverings (PVC, carpet, parquet, approx. 1,300 m²), and floor structure down to the top edge of raw concrete (approx. 1,300 m²). Various interior dismantling works, hazardous material disposal, demolition of electrical installations (luminaires and similar), heating and sanitary systems. Protection of remaining rooms and fixtures.
