General Contractor Framework Agreement for Turnkey Building Construction

Call-off services in various building construction trades: rapid preparation of rooms, areas, and objects such as cultural spaces, offices, flexible workplaces, refugee accommodations, and the reduction of vacant spaces. Services include fit-out works, particularly for office/administrative premises with ancillary rooms (meeting rooms, WCs, kitchenettes) and cultural spaces, which are produced to a standard. Five framework agreement partners will be contracted; individual call-offs will be made according to criteria of §4a EU VOB/A.
