General contractor services for the turnkey OGS extension building at Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Hückeswagen-Wiehagen, Blumenstraße, 42499 Hückeswagen, with completion by 28.06.2028. The three-story extension building (basement, ground floor, upper floor), with its basement partially underground, will be constructed as an annex to the existing school building. Connection is via an intermediate structure with an entrance area, staircase, and elevator for barrier-free access. The construction includes learning and care areas (e.g., classroom, group, differentiation areas), open learning and lounge areas in corridors, meeting and office rooms, sanitary and ancillary rooms, storage and technical rooms, as well as traffic and access areas. Minor functional adjustments to the existing building are planned. School and OGS operations will continue during the construction phase, requiring a low-disruption, safe construction process and logistics organization, considering user and traffic safety, and escape routes. The award procedure is a multi-stage negotiated procedure according to § 3a EU VOB/A; up to five applicants will be selected. Award criteria are price (90%) and quality (10%).
