Geotechnical Planning Services for Replacement Construction of Vorpommernbrücke and L 22 Reconstruction

Geotechnical planning services: Replacement construction of a road bridge (2 sub-structures North and South), potentially required upstream and downstream moor bridges North and South, a traffic sign bridge, and the substructure of traffic facilities up to the intersections Gaffelschonerweg / Warnowstraße (West) and Petridamm / Verbindungsweg (East) across all service phases of HOAI with basic and special services. Estimated construction costs: Road bridge sub-structures North and South: 54 million EUR net; demolition of existing structure Bw. 102: 3.5 million EUR net; traffic sign bridge and potentially required moor bridges: 11.5 million EUR net; demolition of existing structures Bw. 114, Bw 115, VVZB 02: 2.9 million EUR; road traffic facility: 5.33 million EUR. Commissioning is staged: Stage I as the basic contract (partial services a, b and c HOAI including special services); Stage II (construction supervision IBW North + VA North) and Stage III (construction supervision IBW South + VA South) are optional.
