Geotechnical Studies for PARTENORD Le groupe's Assets and Future Projects

Geotechnical studies: Single-award framework agreement for PARTENORD Le groupe's existing assets, future constructions, and acquisitions. The initial duration starts at the earliest with the service order date or at the latest on 23/08/2027, and ends on 31/12/2027. It is tacitly renewable once for 24 months (01/01/2028 to 31/12/2029). There is no minimum value, but a maximum value per period: 1,105,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT) for the first period and 1,895,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT) for the second period. The total maximum value for the entire duration of the framework agreement is 3,000,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT). The agreement is based on unit prices, revisable according to the provisions of the CCP. Free variants and additional services are prohibited.
