Scaffolding works for the KARLA Administrative and Educational Center: Delivery, operational setup, provision, subsequent dismantling, and removal of facade scaffolding of scaffolding group 4 for the high-rise section of construction field 1.2, from level E00 up to and including E23, for use as working scaffolding for facade works at TRH 2 and as protective scaffolding for roof waterproofing works; approximately 2,300 m² facade scaffolding GK4, W09, H2, 90 m; delivery and installation of construction hoists, with setup occurring floor-by-floor and section-by-section; approximately 6,500 kg load-bearing and bracing structures made of steel profiles, including planning and static proof; approximately 1,150 linear meters additional internal railing; approximately 1,150 linear meters outrigger brackets, 30s; approximately 1,150 linear meters outrigger brackets, 70s; approximately 2 units platform stair towers, height up to 90 m; approximately 23 units drop-off platforms, dimensions 6.00x24.60 m; approximately 2 units construction hoist with platform at least 1.50x1.50 m, 2,000 kg, 90 m; approximately 1 unit construction hoist with platform at least 1.50x3.60 m, 2,500 kg, 90 m; and approximately 1 unit construction hoist with platform at least 2.90x6.20 m, 2,800 kg, 90 m.
