Total Contract for the New Construction of J-Hall Alerte Staffansnäs

Construction works for J-Hall Alerte Staffansnäs: New construction of a J-building (1,493 m² + 450 m² open machine storage) including all building and technical building system works, as well as demolition works for buildings G (406 m²) and H (125 m²). The J-building comprises social and office spaces (559.5 m²), semi-heated property maintenance facilities (541 m²), a cold machine storage (312.5 m²), and an open machine storage (450 m²). Construction is to start in calendar week 37/2026 (September 7, 2026), with completion by June 30, 2027. The contractor will prepare the schedule.
