Total contract for repair and alteration works of Tesoma Church: Comprehensive demolition, construction, and building services works for the church built in 1978, located at Tesomankuja 11, 33310 Tampere, as a general contractor service. The renovation is necessary due to the age of the building and building services systems and detected moisture damage, aiming to improve the usability and versatility of the premises and create an environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, accessible, healthy, and safe building for the next 50 years. The project will be implemented according to Rakennustieto Environmental Classification and partly guided by the Provincial Museum. The contract is conditional on obtaining a building permit.
