Supply of gifts and promotional items: Gifts for employees and external parties (flowers/plants, gift vouchers, and other gifts); promotional items (webshop items with HU logo or customization, custom-made items upon request) for employees and external parties; sustainable and social variants within the specified product groups; management of the entire logistics process including delivery to the specified address; online platform (webshop) including integration with the HU P2P system; insight into performance, usage, and expenditures (uptake, budget, trends, sustainability features, social impact). The estimated maximum contract value including optional volume for the maximum duration of the framework agreement is €5,551,087 excluding VAT.
