Design and Construction of Tourist Routes in the Underground Passages of Sztolnia Królowa Luiza

Design and construction of two complete tourist routes in the underground passages of Sztolnia Królowa Luiza: One route with an elements theme will be modernized, and a historical route will be newly created. The scope includes arrangement elements (scenography, structures), AV equipment, lighting, multimedia content, multimedia installations, and Ethernet networks. Excluded are Station 15 Obwał, content for Stations 17 and 18, the transport device for Station 5 (tape ride – radio play), and content for Station 23 (Karlik queue); these will be tendered separately. The implementation will take place in the historical objects of Główna Kluczowa Sztolnia Dziedziczna and Kopalnia Królowa Luiza in Zabrze, at a depth of 0 to -40 meters. Atmospheric conditions vary: Kopalnia Królowa Luiza (Mochnackiego 12) has high dust levels, temperatures ranging from 11°C to 16°C, and humidity up to 77%. Główna Kluczowa Sztolnia Dziedziczna has temperatures between 10°C and 18°C and humidity up to 84%. Accessibility requirements for persons with disabilities, in accordance with the Cohesion Policy 2021-2027 standards, must be considered. For construction works, specific environmental requirements apply: mobile machines over 18 kW must be equipped with particulate filters, wet cleaning of streets and construction areas, sprinkling of bulk material storage during dry periods, use of stations for removing soil/mud from heavy equipment wheels when leaving the construction site, and covering when transporting dusty materials. The electrical installation project is a separate procedure. The existing telecommunication network in Główna Kluczowa Sztolnia Dziedziczna is based on single-mode fiber optic cables and S/FTP computer cables, with a fiber optic backbone and 24J fiber optic cables for server room connections, and S/FTP OUT DOOR cables for multimedia devices.
