Health examinations for unemployed persons for the City of Helsinki: includes client contact by phone and appointment booking for professional remote consultations, electronic health examinations, and interviews with healthcare professionals via remote consultation. This also involves an assessment of alcohol use through mini-intervention, lifestyle guidance for individuals at risk of type 2 diabetes, and addressing other substance use if necessary. The service provider also offers service and treatment guidance for other illnesses as needed. The health examination/consultation by a nurse/public health nurse is conducted via phone or video call. A non-binding estimate for the required examinations is approximately 3,000 per year. The contract will be concluded with one (1) service provider; the client is not committed to any specific quantities, but services are ordered as needed.
