Track Renewal, Bridge Renovation, and Cycling Facilities for Berliner Brücke (Teichstr.)

Track renewal, bridge renovation, and integration of cycling facilities: General works include site setup, construction support measures, auxiliary services, technical processing, traffic safety, and unexploded ordnance detection. Bridge construction involves removing and disposing of 560 m² of asphalt and 760 m² of sealing, preparing 760 m² of concrete surface, installing 24 m³ of UHFB protective layer, 545 m² of UHFB-split matrix wearing course, 8 m³ of reinforced concrete, 31 m of steel railing, 72 m of vertical contact protection, 205 m² of liquid plastic sealing, and 45 m of elastic expansion joint. Track construction works include removing and disposing of 650 m² of track paving with joint filler, 240 m² of 1- to 4-row paving strips, 215 m² of asphalt and 175 m² of reinforced concrete in track areas, 890 m² of grooved rail leveling layer up to 15 cm, and 650 m³ of road demolition material. Furthermore, delivery and installation of 260 m³ of 0/56 crushed stone base layer for subgrade improvement, 225 m³ of 0/45 mm frost protection layer (20 to 30 cm thick), production of 220 t of drainage base layer PA 22 T WDA (d = 10 cm) and 175 t of drainage base layer PA 16 TD WDA (up to 8 cm), 75 m³ of concrete base layer C35/45 with PPP fiber content, delivery and installation of 450 m² of asphalt binder AC 16, production of 75 m³ of bituminous base layer 0/32 in track areas, delivery and installation of 950 m² of asphalt wearing course 0/8mm (3.5 cm thick), installation of 50 m³ of concrete pavement C35/45, removal and disposal of 300 m of grooved rail 59R2, and production and grouting of 300 m of grooved rail 59R2. Cycling facility works include producing 170 m of joint cuts, 475 m² of bituminous and coal tar-containing demolition material, removing and disposing of 135 m² of paving, 215 m of kerbstones, 40 m of 1- to 3-row gutters, 25 m of two-row natural stone paving strips, and 85 m of channels. Also, removing and temporarily storing 150 m² of paving and 25 m of two-row natural stone paving strips, loosening and disposing of 60 m³ of soil, loosening, conveying, temporarily storing, and installing 80 m² of crushed stone, 14 t of 0/32 frost protection layer, producing 365 m² of 0/45 frost protection layer, delivering and installing 365 m² of bituminous base layer AC 32 TS, spraying 365 m² of bituminous binder, delivering and installing 365 m² of asphalt concrete AC 11 DS, delivering and installing 150 units of recycled rubber guide curbs, producing 100 m of concrete paving strips, laying 25 m² of guidance system, delivering and setting 155 m of concrete kerbstones, delivering and laying 60 units of crossing curbs, 1 unit of traffic light system, and 5 m of cable works; further items as per the tender documents.
