Upgrade of the treatment process at Grønvika treatment facility: The plant, commissioned in 2000 and currently equipped with BIO-P (active sludge installations) and chemical traps, is to meet current phosphorus requirements and be dimensioned for future robustness until 2050. The execution model for contract E1 (process and machine technology) is a partnering contract with a turnkey contract, starting with an interaction phase that concludes with a complete and approved preliminary project, followed by an execution phase as a regular turnkey contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the contract before and in connection with the transition between the phases.
