Green Roof Works for School New Construction
Green roof works for a three-story school new construction in timber frame: Building with ground floor and two upper floors, gross floor area 2,176 m², maximum external dimensions approx. 41.50 m x 17.70 m x 10.80 m. Creation of a continuous retention roof with slope, green roof structure with extensive planting and substructure for PV systems. Includes the complete construction of the extensive green roof from the top edge of the waterproofing, extensive planting, retention layer, substructure for photovoltaic systems, gravel strips, maintenance walkway, edge control shafts, as well as care, maintenance, and monitoring. The roof waterproofing layer is provided by the timber construction contractor and is not part of this service. Works are carried out according to ATV DIN 18338 (Roofing works), ATV DIN 18339 (Plumbing works), and ATV DIN 18320 (Landscaping works).
