Entrepreneurship Training for PKS Employment Authorities

Entrepreneurship Readiness Assessment: Determination of interest, opportunities, and readiness for starting a business, reflection on personal motivation and suitability, evaluation of the profitability potential of business ideas. Introduction to various forms of entrepreneurship and requirements for business establishment. Provision of tools and methods for decision-making regarding business promotion and launch. Basic knowledge of entrepreneurship possibilities, requirements, business plan fundamentals, and profitable business management. Realistic portrayal of the opportunities and challenges of self-employment. The goal is to assess the timeliness and feasibility of starting a business. Personal consultation sessions are included. The duration is primarily 2 days, but can be 3 to 5 days depending on the target group's needs and agreement with the client. Further details are described in Appendix 1.
