Green Area and Tree Maintenance for Rákosmente

Horticultural services for the green areas and tree lines of Budapest, District XVII Rákosmente: annual maintenance of approx. 1,285,000 m² of green areas, including shrub, hedge, and tree care. Tree care and pruning for approx. 3,000 of 35,000-40,000 public trees annually, watering of approx. 1,000 trees by tank truck annually, erection of Christmas trees over 7.5 m height, maintenance of ornamental gardens, recreational parks, and parks. Mowing services for at least approx. 1,270,000 m² annually, including approx. 600,000 m² extensive areas (6x/year), approx. 40,000 m² intensively maintained areas (16x/year), approx. 600,000 m² squares, parks, and playgrounds (12x/year), and maintenance of approx. 34,000 m² specially treated lawn areas. Planting and maintenance of approx. 25,000 annual and biennial flowers, maintenance of approx. 14,000 m² of shrubs, maintenance of approx. 1,200 m² of flowerbeds, new plantings, placement and maintenance of approx. 950 potted geraniums (of which approx. 600 pieces on lantern poles on busy main roads), complete plant protection for parks and tree lines, operation of several automatic irrigation systems. Quantities are indicative. The framework agreement has a maximum volume of net 900,000,000 HUF, of which at least 75% will be called off. Price adjustments are possible annually from 2028, effective January 1st, up to a maximum of 10% according to the KSH consumer price index. Equivalent products are accepted; further items as per the tender documents.
