Green Area Maintenance for Traffic Areas in Prague, Part 12: Routine maintenance of green areas along traffic routes within the contracting authority's jurisdiction in a defined area of the capital city of Prague. The scope of services includes a list of required works and services, detailed in a price model with expected frequencies and quantities for one calendar year, with quantities subject to variation based on conditions. Works are performed according to a general DIR permit for construction works; traffic sign costs are included in unit prices. For specific works like tree felling, traffic signs may be ordered separately and paid by the contracting authority. Emergency work for removing trees from traffic routes after natural disasters or unforeseen calamities is also included; a 24/7 telephone line is required for this. All activities, reporting, and invoicing are managed via the CDSw-zeleň application. The contractor must purchase a license, not exceeding 20,000 CZK, and will receive training for the system. License acquisition is a condition for contract conclusion. A single contract will be concluded with one participant.
