This includes equipment such as vehicle restraint systems, markings, signage, and traffic management during construction. Additional services comprise managing digital building files, change order management, plan management, public relations, review of tender and execution documents, inventory management (reviewing, updating, and creating inventory plans), cost control, cost updating / cost determination according to AKVS, monitoring the construction schedule, photo documentation, implementation and updating of traffic concepts / traffic management in the public road network for the construction measure, monitoring traffic safety obligations, managing control tests, construction-accompanying survey, electronic construction billing / invoice review / change order processing (via GAB interface), compilation of final invoice files, review, updating, and supplementing existing building logs, BBQ coordination according to DIN 1045-1000, creation and updating of the BBQ concept, and monthly costs for a construction office.
