Major repair of municipal road Kumanovo – Municipal border (Varna - Aksakovo) – Kamenar, Varna Municipality: Construction and installation works (SMR) according to the technical project, regulations, and instructions in the order book, including SMR specified in the bill of quantities; execution of unforeseen works (due to unforeseeable circumstances as per the Public Procurement Act), which are types and/or quantities of works not included in the technical project and bill of quantities, but whose execution is proven necessary for the complete and high-quality realization of the construction; delivery and installation of necessary construction products compliant with the investment project; production and/or delivery of construction parts/elements and equipment, and their installation in the construction; notification of the contracting authority regarding the need for additional design; performance of necessary tests and laboratory analyses; preparation of construction documents and as-built documentation for the construction; geodetic surveying for entry into a specialized cadastre; participation in the procedure for commissioning the construction; rectification of defects identified during the handover and commissioning of the construction; rectification of defects appearing during the contractually defined warranty periods.
