Security services for the communal accommodation An den Seefichten 20 in Frankfurt (Oder): Contract duration from 01.10.2026 to 30.09.2028. The accommodation houses up to 37 homeless individuals, plus up to 8 homeless individuals in the night shelter, and up to 100 persons to be accommodated under LAufnG Bbg (refugees, late repatriates, and other immigrants); currently, a total of 52 persons are accommodated. The task involves ensuring and enforcing order and security, including access control and continuous daily documentation of the presence of persons on the premises and in the buildings, as well as adherence to house rules. This comprises 24-hour object surveillance, including Sundays and public holidays, with 2 permanently present security staff in the 2 houses used for accommodation, recording and controlling pedestrian traffic, maintaining a constant overview of the presence of residents, staff, and guests, reporting incidents to the Department for Youth and Social Affairs, alerting police and emergency services in case of danger, initiating immediate measures in case of imminent danger (life, health, property damage), identifying and documenting criminal offenses (especially property damage, violations of house rules), and admitting homeless individuals to the night shelter/cold shelter. The night shelter is open from April to September from 6:00 PM at the latest until 9:00 AM, and during the winter months (October to March, possibly longer due to weather conditions) it operates as a cold shelter all day.
