General cleaning and sanitization services for facilities at University Hospital 'Saint George' in Plovdiv: regular, periodic, additional, and incidental cleaning and sanitization activities in hospital rooms, sanitary facilities, on walls, windows, stairs, and other objects within the hospital buildings located at Vasil Aprilov No. 15a and Peshtersko Shose No. 66 in Plovdiv. The general cleaning of hospital rooms and wards includes washing window frames and glass, doors, partition glazing, aluminum and/or external blinds, mosquito nets, complete cleaning of hospital bed structures including wheels and mattresses, wall protectors, doors and aluminum partitions with or without glazing in the units, wardrobes and patient lockers for personal belongings, terraces with railings, stairwells with railings and their adjacent doors and windows, as well as complete cleaning of bathrooms and toilets with tiles, monoblock (especially inside), sink with faucet, shower with faucet, and mirror. Specific requirements include mandatory prior and full coordination of cleaning staff with senior medical specialists or their deputies, who, if necessary, relocate patients, clear rooms, and provide access for cleaning staff. Adherence to safety regulations for working at height on windows by external personnel must be observed. The contractor must be able to fulfill cleaning requests for extraordinary needs and/or on an urgent basis. The timeframe for general cleaning and sanitization in the units of University Hospital 'Saint George' in Plovdiv is between 13:00 and 17:00, with a mandatory minimum of 4 team members.
