General cleaning and sanitization services for facilities at University Hospital 'Saint George' in Plovdiv: regular, periodic, additional, and incidental cleaning and sanitization activities in hospital rooms, sanitary facilities, on walls, windows, stairs, and other objects within the hospital buildings located at Vasil Aprilov No. 15a and Peshtersko Shose No. 66 in Plovdiv. The general cleaning of hospital rooms and wards includes washing window frames and glass, doors, partition glazing, aluminum and/or external blinds, mosquito nets, complete cleaning of hospital bed structures including wheels and mattresses, wall protectors, doors and aluminum partitions with or without glazing in the units, wardrobes and patient lockers for personal belongings, terraces with railings, stairwells with railings and their adjacent doors and windows, as well as complete cleaning of bathrooms and toilets with tiles, monoblock (especially inside), sink with faucet, shower with faucet, and mirror. Specific requirements include mandatory prior and full coordination of cleaning staff with senior medical specialists or their deputies, who, if necessary, relocate patients, clear rooms, and provide access for cleaning staff. Adherence to safety regulations for working at height on windows by external personnel must be observed. The contractor must be able to fulfill cleaning requests for extraordinary needs and/or on an urgent basis. The timeframe for general cleaning and sanitization in the units of University Hospital 'Saint George' in Plovdiv is between 13:00 and 17:00, with a mandatory minimum of 4 team members. Cleaning frequency is as follows: twice annually (February, August) for Clinical Laboratories Base 1 and 2, Transfusion Hematology Department Base 1 and 2, Vascular Surgery Clinic; four times annually (February, April, June, October) for Clinics for Anesthesiology and Intensive Care, Pulmonology and Phthisiology, Neurology and Resuscitation, Cardiology, Radiotherapy, CyberKnife, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases, Dermatology and Venereal Diseases, Clinical Toxicology Department, Psychiatry Clinic, Occupational Diseases Department with Clinical Allergy, Computer and Information Services Base 1, Pediatric Surgery Clinic, Urology Clinic, Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, Ophthalmology Clinic, Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic, Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Pediatric Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Department, Cardiac Surgery Department, One-Day and Minimally Invasive Surgery Department, Interventional Radiology, Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic Base 2, Imaging Diagnostics Department Base 2, MRI, Emergency Medicine Department (Surgery, Internal, Orthopedics), Administration, Ground and First Floors, Radiation Control, Medical Equipment Department, Finance and Accounting Department, Hygiene and Epidemiology Office (Vaccination Office), Management of Thermal and Technical Systems, Computer and Information Services Base 2, Hospital Sterilization and Laundry, Hospital Kitchen, Loading/Unloading Activities and Cleaning, Mobilization Preparedness and Security, Auto Transport, Supply, Hospital Pharmacy, Infectious Diseases Clinic (Administration Block 4), Nephrology Clinic, Dialysis Treatment Department, Pediatric Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic, Medical Oncology Clinic, Clinical Hematology Clinic, Pediatrics Clinic, Emergency Medicine Department (Pediatrics Unit), Chapel; six times annually (January, March, May, July, September, November) for the First and Second Surgical Clinics, Neurosurgery, ENT, Orthopedics and Traumatology, Invasive Cardiology Department, Angiography. Operating rooms will be cleaned according to the schedule of their respective clinics, further items as per the tender documents.
