Renovation of Vähäkyrö Church
Renovation of Vähäkyrö Church: includes space modifications, structural refurbishment, and renewal of building services. Interiors will be reconfigured for multi-purpose use, accessibility and safety improved. Sub-floor structures will be renewed, hazardous materials removed, and facade plastering renewed/repaired. All building services will be renewed, and the heating system changed from direct electric heating to district heating. Fire and rescue safety will be improved with a new escape route and lifting point; the church tower will receive a dry sprinkler system. The church (built 1803) is a protected building (sr-1), including fixed interior furnishings, paintings, artworks, and the courtyard area. Services are awarded as a divided contract, split into main construction contract, HVAC contract, electrical contract, AV contract, interior painting and plastering works, and facade painting and plastering works. Site visits on August 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM and August 27, 2026, at 9:00 AM, registration by August 25, 2026.
