Land plots in the "Neuer Huckepackbahnhof" district in Hamburg-Rothenburgsort, located between Billhorner Brückenstraße and Olga-Brandt-Knack-Straße, for the establishment of heritable building rights or for sale. A modern sports and event arena with a capacity of approximately 8,000 to 10,000 seats and a district car park are to be built on these plots. Optionally, further buildings with up to approximately 47,000 m² gross floor area for complementary uses may be constructed. The allocation is part of a concept procedure where the combination of concept quality and price is decisive. The allocation phase allows for the development and approval of the construction project, clarification of buildability, securing of financing, and negotiation of a heritable building right agreement or land purchase agreement, subject to the approval of the HCH supervisory board.
