General Contractor Controlling for the new construction of the stadium in Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark (2nd construction phase): Ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets across all project phases from planning to warranty. This includes systematic review, monitoring, documentation, and consulting based on contractual and technical specifications (especially FLB and GC contract). Key services are familiarization with all project documents, review and evaluation of detailed design, continuous quality and progress control during construction through target-actual comparisons and site inspections, early identification and tracking of defects, review of invoices and change orders, ensuring complete project documentation, participation in acceptance processes including acceptance recommendation, structured defect management, and expert support during the warranty phase up to the final evaluation and release of securities. Planning phases 5-9 will be awarded separately to a general contractor with planning components.
