Mastic asphalt works for BTE/workshop wing, assembly hall, and outdoor facilities (2nd construction phase)

Mastic asphalt works: Cleaning of 455 m² subfloor, 50 m² cement-bound screed (12-18 mm), 135 m³ cement-bound screed (10-60 mm), floor insulation made of perlite (15 m² with 20 mm, 25 m² with 50 mm, 455 m² with 30 mm), 425 m² colored mastic asphalt screed (AS-IC10-S35, 35 mm thickness) and 30 m² uncolored mastic asphalt screed (AS-IC10-S35, 35 mm thickness) for the BTE/workshop wing and connector. This includes 425 m² surface grinding, troweling in terrazzo look (R9), 155 m straight separation profile (flat steel V2A, 70/3), 8 pieces curved separation profile (flat steel V2A, 70/3, length 60-95 cm), 165 m edge insulation strips (mineral wool, height 100 mm) at separation profiles, and 425 m² mastic asphalt sealing with polymer primer. In the BTF/assembly hall, 20.5 m of mastic asphalt and sub-base (strip width 27 cm) are to be removed, 65 m² of mastic asphalt surface are to be reground dull and 125 m² smooth, and 190 m² of mastic asphalt are to be sealed with polymer primer. For the outdoor facilities/canteen courtyard, 180 m² of subfloor are to be cleaned, 180 m² of bituminous binder are to be sprayed on, 180 m² of colored mastic asphalt top layer (35 mm thickness) are to be applied, 180 m² of mastic asphalt are to be ground coarse and fine, and 180 m² of mastic asphalt are to be sealed with polymer primer.
