Expertise Services for Engineering Structures
Expertise services for engineering structures within the city territory of Kaunas. Services are procured as needed. A preliminary contract will be concluded with up to 3 suppliers, forming the basis for main contracts for expertise services. Supplier selection for each specific task will occur via unrenewed or renewed competition as defined in the preliminary contract. Specific services, scope, and technical documentation will be provided for each competition. Requirements are detailed in Annex 7 'Preliminary Contract Project', Annex 2 'Technical Specification' of the special procurement conditions.
