Gloves, safety boots, workwear, and protective equipment for agricultural relief workers

Delivery of gloves, safety boots, workwear, and protective equipment for agricultural relief workers: approximately 100 permanent and approximately 100 temporary employees in the operating area of Kaakkois-Suomi (Hirvensalmi, Kangasniemi, Lappeenranta, Lemi, Luumäki, Mikkeli, Mäntyharju, Pieksämäki, Puumala, Savitaipale, Taipalsaari, Rantasalmi, Juva, Joroinen, Sulkava, Savonlinna, Enonkoski, Imatra, Parikkala, Rautjärvi, and Ruokolahti). The procurement is divided into two lots, with one supplier selected for each lot. Evaluation is based on the price-quality ratio, with quality assessment of samples by a group of agricultural relief workers on September 24-26, 2026. Samples must be delivered by September 21, 2026, 3:00 PM, to the administrative building of the City of Mikkeli (Maaherrankatu 8-10, 50100 Mikkeli). Stated quantities are estimates and not binding. A framework agreement will be concluded for a period of two (2) years from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028, with an option for two (2) additional years from January 1, 2029, to December 31, 2030. The estimated value of the procurement, including options, exceeds the national threshold of 60,000 Euro (excl. VAT) but is below the EU threshold of 216,000 Euro (excl. VAT). Other business units of the City of Mikkeli may also utilize the agreement.
