HAPS services for border surveillance: Provision of specialized services using High Altitude Platform Systems (HAPS) to support border surveillance and management activities. A pilot project aims to demonstrate the abilities, efficiency, and effectiveness of HAPS in providing persistent surveillance, data fusion, RFI monitoring, and wireless connectivity. This includes the deployment of at least one HAPS over a designated Area of Interest for 15 consecutive days of continuous operation during the deployment and operational phase.
