Delivery and support services for notebooks according to the "Technical Minimum Requirements" document, and delivery of docking stations according to the "Technical Minimum Requirements" document. The framework agreement is for the procurement of uniform hardware; hardware setup and dismantling, software distribution, operating system updates, and Windows 11 software licensing are not part of this procurement. Order placement follows a cascading principle with the top three ranked companies: the second-ranked company will be commissioned if the first-ranked cannot deliver within four weeks, and the third-ranked if the second-ranked cannot deliver within four weeks. All delivered devices must be brand new and in perfect condition. A minimum 48-month warranty on all products is required. Extended business customer support for notebooks (48 months, on-site, next-day by the manufacturer or its agent) is part of the service. Devices must be under active manufacturer support for their planned usage period, with the manufacturer ensuring security-relevant driver, firmware, and BIOS updates via automated driver supply. Maximum quantities for the entire duration are: Laptops 1,000 units, Monitors 1,000 units, Docking stations 500 units. There is no purchase obligation for the client.
