Heatmap for Critical Raw Materials

Creation of a systematic and evidence-based assessment of bottlenecks affecting the supply chains of 34 Critical Raw Materials (CRMs) and 17 Strategic Raw Materials (SRMs) as defined under EU policy frameworks, focusing on strategic dependencies that could endanger EU economic resilience. The study further identifies practical, investment, and policy-relevant solutions and assesses the extent to which existing EU Strategic CRM Projects contribute to mitigating the identified bottlenecks.
