Heating, ventilation, and sanitary installation works: New installation of an air-to-water heat pump with 10 kW heating capacity, 9 radiators and one heating wall, two separate sanitary facilities and one shower, a boot washing system, and the entire wastewater system with floor drain for the vehicle hall. Execution period from 09.11.2026 to 15.01.2027. Alternative bids are permitted only in conjunction with a main bid; multiple main bids are allowed. The award criterion is the lowest price. Eligibility proofs include prequalification or a self-declaration of suitability with evidence such as business registration, commercial register extract, entry in the craft register/Chamber of Industry and Commerce, clearance certificates from health insurance funds, professional association, tax office, exemption certificate according to §48b EStG, and at least three references for comparable construction services from the last five years; further items as per the tender documents.
