Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitary Works for Residential Buildings

Heating, ventilation, and sanitary works: For heating, this includes the installation of 148 balancing and shut-off valves, the replacement of 601 profiled radiators, and 601 thermostatic valves and return fittings. Furthermore, the dismantling of 870 m of thermal insulation (DN 15 - DN 65) and the installation of 4,290 m of thermal insulation (DN 15 - DN 65), as well as the replacement of one district heating station of approx. 300 kW with hot water preparation. For ventilation, 10 roof ventilators (450 - 1,080 m³/h) and 153 exhaust air valves (45 m³/h) are to be replaced, and 530 m of thermal insulation mats are to be installed on ventilation ducts. The sanitary works include the installation of 2,956 m of stainless steel pipe (DN 12 - DN 50) for cold water, hot water, and circulation lines, 1,170 m of multi-layer composite pipe (DN 15) for individual connection lines (cold and hot water), 1,455 m of PB pipe (DN 40 - DN 150) for wastewater lines, and 552 m of sound-insulated PE pipe (DN 100 - DN 150) for rainwater lines, each including fittings, connectors, and thermal insulation. Additionally, 405 shut-off valves (DN 15 - DN 32) and 1 domestic water filter are to be installed, 306 sanitary objects are to be dismantled and reinstalled, 413 m² of shaft walls are to be opened and closed, 276 ceiling openings are to be created and fire-sealed, and 490 m² of tiles are to be removed and renewed.
