Complete renovation of the technical building equipment in the basement of the Bavarian State Parliament, Maximilianeum: installation of new heating and refrigeration distributors including pumps and hydraulic periphery, ensuring supply via new pipelines to transfer points on the upper floor, complete dismantling of old pipelines and hydraulic lines after switching over the supply. Sanitary measures for new shower and toilet facilities. Includes approx. 300 m press pipes, approx. 3,000 m welded steel pipes, approx. 500 m cast iron pipes, approx. 50 m PVC pipes, dismantling of approx. 3,000 m pipes, 1 refrigeration distributor, 2 heating distributors, 1 buffer tank, 1 fresh water station, 6 WCs, 3 urinals, 15 washbasins, 2 showers, 2 kitchen sinks, 44 pumps, 40 control valves, 5 recirculating air coolers (ULK).
