Heating and cooling systems for the Sector Coupling Demonstration Center: Supply and installation of 3 reversible air-to-water heat pumps/chillers (heating approx. 30 kW / cooling approx. 45 kW per unit, roof-mounted), 3 buffer tanks (1,000 / 2,000 / 4,000 l) including insulation, 2 pressure maintenance/refill stations including diaphragm expansion vessels (up to 250 l) and water treatment, 10 circulation pumps P1–P10 (dry and wet runners, highly efficient), approx. 1,796 m copper pipelines DN 12–65 (press system) including fittings, approx. 754 m steel pipelines DN 15–100 (welded/pressed) including fittings, approx. 240 shut-off valves (ball valves DN 15–100, stop valves, electric ball valves), approx. 70 control valves (pressure-independent control valves, intelligent valves, 6-way valves), approx. 2,500 m thermal and cold insulation (aluminum-clad) including insulation allowances and valve insulation, approx. 81 fire protection pipe penetrations DN 12–65, approx. 64 core drillings Ø 60–250 mm including resealing, 6 water-fed ceiling radiant panels (6.0 × 1.5 m), approx. 6,200 m PE-X underfloor heating (14 × 1.5 mm) including 11 heating circuit distributors, approx. 17 air recirculating coolers/heaters (ceiling/wall units 2L/4L) including condensate pumps; plus preparatory work, acceptance/inspections, hydraulic balancing, commissioning, documentation, and revision.
