Heating and Sanitary Works for the New After-School Care Center "Future Kids" Mueßer Berg

Heating and sanitary works: Planning, installation, commissioning, and acceptance of the heating system with district heating supply, distributor with heating pumps and valves. The piping system includes approx. 600 m in various diameters (pipes and fittings). All rooms will receive underfloor heating over a total area of approx. 1,600 m², with individual areas equipped with panel radiators. The heating system's control is to be set up according to the heating circuit distribution. Wastewater pipes comprise approx. 400 m of various diameters. Water pipes consist of approx. 900 m of steel pipe of various diameters and approx. 220 m of multi-layer composite pipe, including insulation work. Hot water supply is via a fresh water station. All penetrations and drillings up to 150 mm are to be created by the contractor, fitted with fire protection sleeves, or sealed. A drinking water connection is to be established. 8 WC areas of various sizes are to be created, half of which are for after-school care children, including hygiene equipment.
