Work and assembly planning for wastewater systems with approx. 860 m wastewater pipe (db20/sound-optimized DN 50-150), approx. 113 m thermal insulation (30 mm, DN 75, DN 110), approx. 23 m cold insulation (25 mm, DN 100, DN 125), and approx. 130 pcs pipe fire barriers R90 (DN 15-125). Drinking water pipes and accessories including insulation and fire protection: approx. 1,450 m stainless steel (DN 12-25), approx. 280 m stainless steel (DN 32-50), approx. 780 m multi-layer composite pipe (DN 12-25), 126 pcs piston valves (DN 15-40), 28 pcs KFE ball valves G ½", 20 pcs dynamic flow dividers (DN 15-50), 7 pcs electric hygiene flushing, 7 pcs automatic flushing devices, approx. 1,570 m KD/WD insulation (20/30 mm for pipe 18-54 mm), approx. 1,070 m hose insulation (for pipe 15-32 mm), and approx. 75 pcs pipe fire barriers R30/90 stainless steel (DN 15-40). Sanitary objects and accessories: 1 combined grease separator-lifting unit, 14 barrier-free WC units (3 height-adjustable) with wall-hung washdown toilets including accessories, 19 WC units with wall-hung washdown toilets including accessories, 13 urinal units, 73 barrier-free washbasin units including accessories, 8 utility sinks (ceramic, plastic), 2 workshop sinks including sludge trap, 8 floor-level/barrier-free shower units, 19 floor drains, 1 underwater jet massage system (therapy tub), and 72 instantaneous water heaters (3.5-4.4 kW and 18-27 kW). Heating technology: District heating compact station, pipe distribution with flat panel radiators, underfloor convectors, radiators, underfloor heating and heating circuit for HVAC system, including pipe insulation and fire barriers, and hydraulic balancing of the heating network using PICV valves. Heat supply system: 1 indirect district heating compact station 200 kW, 1 heating distributor (5 mixed heating circuits), 1 dynamic pressure maintenance system, 1 drinking water storage tank 500 l, and 1 system for heating water replenishment and treatment. Surface heating, radiators and accessories: 175 m² underfloor heating (composite panel with impact sound insulation), approx. 1,315 m system pipe 16 mm x 2 mm, 19 flush-mounted underfloor heating circuit distributors for underfloor heating/radiators, 3 main distributors per floor, 6 bathroom radiators, 80 tubular radiators (2-5 rows), 118 flat panel radiators Type 22 and 33, and 16 underfloor convectors (BH 130 mm, BL 1700-3000 mm, BT 330 mm). Heating water pipes including insulation and fire protection: approx. 4,210 m multi-layer composite pipe (DN 12-40), approx. 220 m stainless steel (DN 15-65), 264 m flexible district heating composite pipe (flow/return) DN 65 including pipe trench, approx. 175 m mineral wool insulation (20-80 mm for pipe 18-76 mm), and approx. 3,975 m hose insulation (26/39/50 mm for pipe 18-42 mm). Execution period: 25.02.2027 to 30.05.2028. Fixed milestones: Work/assembly planning by 01.04.2027, start of execution 12.04.2027. Construction site: Ahlbecker Straße 2a in 01968 Senftenberg, construction area approx. 100 m North-South and approx. 130 m West-East.
