Heating works (KG 420 heat supply systems and KG 434 refrigeration systems) for the functional new building at Rems-Murr-Klinik Schorndorf: Production of heat supply and refrigeration systems including delivery, installation, commissioning, adjustment, and documentation. This includes the construction of heat supply systems including a district heating transfer station, delivery and installation of approx. 180 radiators, production of operating room wall heating with a total area of approx. 315 m², delivery and installation of chilled ceilings with a total area of approx. 3,450 m², delivery and commissioning of two chillers each with 600 kW output, and delivery and installation of approx. 45 recirculating air coolers. Execution is expected from late April 2027 to September 2029; further details as per the tender documents.
