Heating installation works for the new construction of the Martin-Behaim-Gymnasium: A brine/water heat pump with 200 kW, approx. 3 buffer tanks of 4,000 liters each, approx. 26 high-efficiency circulation pumps, approx. 3 double pumps, approx. 5 magnetite and sludge separators, approx. 168 shut-off valves, approx. 58 balancing valves, approx. 196 ball valves, approx. 70 balancing valves for differential pressure control valves, 70 differential pressure control valves, approx. 34 check valves, 20 flange strainers, approx. 40 two-way/three-way valves, approx. 25 heat meters, approx. 743 other fittings. Also included are approx. 4,112 m stainless steel piping for heating/cooling, approx. 3,509 stainless steel fittings, approx. 131 m black threaded pipe for heating, approx. 315 m black boiler pipe for heating, approx. 1,473 heating fittings, approx. 2,195 m mounting rails, 4,568 heating pipe clamps, approx. 75 m black threaded pipe for cooling, approx. 332 m black boiler pipe for cooling, approx. 558 cooling fittings, approx. 631 cooling pipe clamps. Also included are approx. 10,465 m² surface heating, approx. 70 distributors, and 39 distribution cabinets.
