Preparation of Polysiusstraße Storage Area

Preparation of an approximately 5,500 m² storage area: earthworks, construction of an RC gravel sub-base, fencing, gate system, reptile and amphibian protection, bulk material boxes, relocation of existing materials, and site setup. Completion by 30.10.2026. Commencement of execution no later than 1 working day after receipt of the order letter. The award criterion is the lowest price. Security for contract performance is 5% of the contract sum (from 250,000 Euros net), security for defect claims is 3% of the sum of interim payments at the time of acceptance, further details as per the tender documents. Qualification proofs include pre-qualification or self-declaration, proof of current liability insurance, and a tax exemption certificate according to § 48b EStG.
