Production, Issuance, and Administration of Social Cards, Transfer of Social Benefits, and Goods Distribution

Services for the production, issuance, and administration of social cards, the transfer of social benefits to these cards, and the distribution of goods. These services are procured to implement the provisions of the Republic of Lithuania's laws on financial social support for low-income residents and child benefits, where a portion of social support and child benefits is allocated to recipients in non-monetary form via social cards.
