Production and Delivery of Promotional Textile Souvenirs for Medical University Varna

Production and delivery of promotional textile souvenirs for Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov" - Varna: 13,000 pieces, according to technical specification (Appendix No. 1). The service includes periodic deliveries of pre-ordered and specified goods, as well as personalization of textile souvenirs purchased by the contracting authority. Quantities are estimated for 12 months. The contracting authority is not obliged to exhaust the maximum volume and may order more or less than the estimated quantities, including products not listed in the specification. The unit price for production and delivery, including personalization for design projects provided by the contracting authority, is final and covers all costs. The creation of a design project, if not provided by the contracting authority up to A3 format, will be compensated separately once. Personalization on souvenirs purchased by the contracting authority or unspecified souvenirs, as well as for additional colors/impressions, will be compensated according to unit prices. Personalization refers to the visualization of images on souvenirs using various technologies. Deadlines for orders: 3 working days for design creation and approval, 5 working days for personalization on goods provided by the contracting authority, 10 working days for production and delivery from approval of the personalization design. The estimated total value is 81,800.00 EUR net, comprising 80,700.00 EUR for products according to specification and 1,100.00 EUR for optional products outside the specification. This contract is reserved for specialized enterprises or cooperatives of people with disabilities; other bidders will only be considered if no offers from the reserved group are admitted.
