Production of Anchorages for Derrick Crane at Unter- and Obertürkheim Locks

Production of anchorages for a derrick crane at the Unter- and Obertürkheim locks: Fabrication and delivery of a fixed drilling template no later than 14 days after order placement, site setup, operation, and clearing (1x Obertürkheim, 1x Untertürkheim). Production of vertical core drillings from the lock planum: 4 drillings with DU = 55 mm, length = 0.84 m (top 0.1 m with DU = 65 mm); 36 drillings with DU = 55 mm, lengths = 18 x 7.4 m and 18 x 5.4 m (top 0.6 m with DU = 65 mm). Production of 12 concrete recesses (90 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm L x W x D, 2 recesses at 6 locations) and surrounding stainless steel edge protection. Supply and installation of 40 tension steel threaded rods (coarse thread, DU = 32 mm, tension steel 950/1050, lengths = 18 x 7.3 m; 18 x 5.3 m; 4 x 0.75 m) with grout as filling material and accessories. Execution of tensile tests. Supply and installation of 12 stainless steel checker plate covers (T = 7 mm) for the recesses. Concrete work for removing 1 bollard and setting 2 light masts in concrete. Collection, transport, and disposal/recycling of waste.
