Heart-lung machines
Supply of heart-lung machines and their accessories: for the control and monitoring of extracorporeal circulation during cardiopulmonary perfusion. One machine is to be acquired in 2026 or 2027, with an additional one to two machines later, subject to budget availability. A maximum of three machines can be acquired under the contract. The contract for the devices has a fixed term of 5 years. For accessories, the fixed term is 5 years, then indefinite. A separate maintenance contract will be decided before the warranty expires. The procurement is conditional on the availability of sufficient budget allocations in the years 2026-2031; annual purchases depend on annual funding. The stated quantities for accessories are estimates and do not constitute a purchase obligation.
