Elevator renewal for a school building: Procurement and installation of one new light elevator to replace an old one. The contract includes the design and implementation of the new elevator, the demolition and recycling of the old elevator, and conversion work within the existing shaft. The elevator must be designed for 5 persons and a maximum load of at least 500 kg, serve passenger and freight traffic, and have a calculated lifespan of at least 25 years with spare parts availability for at least 25 years. The cabin must have minimum internal dimensions of 1,200 mm width and 1,500 mm depth, with a door width of at least 1,000 mm and a height of 2,000 mm. Accessibility features, automatic door opening, and Braille on buttons are required. 24/7 monitoring with a 2-hour on-site response time in emergencies must be ensured. The energy class must be A, and the elevator must be equipped with an induction loop. The warranty period is at least 2 years. Implementation is scheduled for 2026. The possibility of concluding a maintenance contract, which includes remote connection and monitoring to reduce repair response times, must be provided.
