HVAC and Plumbing Works for New Student Residence KIT Campus East

Heating, ventilation, and sanitary (HLS) works for the new construction of a student residence, covering cost groups 410 to 430. KG 410 (Wastewater, Water, Gas Systems): approx. 3,000 m stainless steel drinking water distribution pipes, approx. 3,300 m composite pipes for pre-wall installation, 203 units each of WC, shower, washbasin including accessories, approx. 150 shut-off/regulating valves, approx. 500 m sound-insulated wastewater distribution pipes, approx. 1,300 m wastewater collection connection pipes, cold water generation for drinking water hygiene. KG 420 (Heat Supply): district heating transfer station, heating distributor with 4 heating circuits, domestic hot water preparation, approx. 900 m heating pipes, 5,500 m² underfloor heating. KG 430 (Room Air Technology Systems): approx. 70 m ventilation pipes, 200 exhaust air elements, 6 central roof ventilators. Execution dates: start of on-site construction work (rough assembly of heating center, ground floor heating supply line, riser shaft distribution) on 2026-09-28; start of main interior finishing works BT1 on 2026-10-19; completion of BT1 on 2027-07-16; start of interior finishing works BT2/3 on 2026-12-14; completion of BT3 on 2027-08-17; remaining works/defect rectification on 2027-11-01.
